2018 Medical Contributions
The rates shown in the table below are 2018 semi-monthly health plan contribution amounts. This is the amount that will be withheld from each paycheck per pay period for eligible full-time and part-time employees, based on annual base pay and
assuming you and/or your spouse/domestic partner each earned the $400 health plan premium reduction. (Your base pay for the 2018 plan year is determined as of September 1, 2017 for existing employees or as of your date of hire, if later.) The rates shown include the $400 premium reduction that newly eligible employees automatically earn during the first year of coverage.
